Scope

In order to implement the national and Anhui Province's building energy-saving policies, standardize the application of inorganic insulation mortar wall insulation systems in our province, ensure the safety of the system and the quality of engineering construction, and achieve advanced technology, safety, reliability, and economic rationality, these regulations are formulated. These regulations apply to new, expanded, and renovated civil building wall energy-saving projects in Anhui Province that use inorganic insulation mortar wall insulation systems. Existing inorganic insulation mortar wall insulation systems, in addition to complying with these regulations, should also comply with relevant national and industry mandatory standards and regulations, as well as the provisions on building energy conservation in our province.
