Scope

This standard specifies the terminology, product models, requirements, inspection methods and rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of electronic scales for loaders (hereinafter referred to as "scales").
This standard applies to scales that are installed on the lifting cylinders of front-wheel loaders and operate in an automatic mode. The scales indirectly measure the mass of the materials loaded into the bucket by measuring the oil pressure in the lifting cylinders.
