Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the non-bending pulse test of rubber or plastic hydraulic hoses and hose assemblies. This test is applicable to high-pressure hydraulic hoses and hose assemblies that are subjected to pulse pressure during use. Note: If a bending test is required, the method specified in ISO 6802:1991 "Steel-reinforced rubber and plastic hoses and hose assemblies - Bending hydraulic pulse test" should be used.
