Scope
本文件描述了有机发光材料光学性能的测试方法，通过溶液或薄膜方式对荧光光谱、磷光光谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱进行测试；通过薄膜样品对非接触测量材料折射率和消光系数进行测试；通过有机发光二极管显示器件对电致发光特性进行测试，电致发光特性包括色坐标、亮度、发光效率、亮度老化性能。
