Scope
This document specifies the requirements for the appearance, dimensions, and quality, electrical performance, environmental adaptability, cycling performance, and safety of lead-carbon batteries used for power storage (referred to as "lead-carbon batteries"). It describes the corresponding test methods and stipulates the coding, normal working environment, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage, etc.
