Scope
This standard specifies the classification and parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of ordinary calenders.
This standard applies to ordinary calenders used for finishing fabrics made from cotton, wool, chemical fibers, and their blends after the washing or dyeing process, in order to maintain a certain calendering shrinkage rate.
