Scope

This regulation applies to fixed (Note 1-1) pressure-bearing steam boilers, pressure-bearing hot water boilers, and organic heat carrier boilers that fall within the scope of the "Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment", as well as flue-type and flue-and-shell combined waste heat boilers primarily used for waste heat utilization.
