Scope

Scope: This document specifies the methods and technical requirements for field efficacy trials of fungicides in preventing and controlling anthracnose of wolfberry. This document is applicable to field efficacy trials of fungicides in preventing and controlling anthracnose of wolfberry. Main technical content: 3. Terms and definitions: There are no terms or definitions needing definition in this document. 4. Test subjects: Anthracnose of wolfberry: Mainly caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides (Penz.) Sacc., and the symptoms of the disease are described in Appendix A. 5. Selection of test sites: Anthracnose-prone wolfberry orchards with moderate or severe damage should be selected. The cultivation conditions (such as soil type, fertilization, planting spacing, etc.) and tree ages of each test site should be consistent. Field management should follow local conventional practices. 6. Test agents: 6.1 Test agents should be labeled with their common name (Chinese name) or code, trade name, dosage form, content, manufacturer, and treatment dose (effective ingredient dose in mg/kg or effective concentration in mg/L). At least three doses of test agents should be tested or set according to requirements. 6.2 Control agents: Registered products with proven good efficacy in practice, whose types and modes of action are similar to those of the test agents, should be selected and used at local conventional doses. If the test agents are single agents, at least one locally common single agent should be selected as the control agent; if the test agents are compound agents, each single agent in the compound should be selected as the control agent, and another locally common agent should also be selected as the control agent. 6.3 Blank controls: No agent treatment (treated with an equal amount of water) should be used as the blank control. 7. Test design: A randomized block design with four replications and a plot area of 25–30 m2 should be used, with 8–10 trees per plot. Protect
