Scope
This part of GB/T 18332 specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of lead-acid batteries for electric road vehicles.
This part applies to lead-acid batteries (hereinafter referred to as batteries) and battery packs used in electric vehicles, electric tricycles, golf carts, tourist sightseeing vehicles, etc., where batteries serve as the main power source.
This part does not apply to batteries and battery packs used for other purposes, such as starting, electric assist, or traction.
