Scope

This regulation applies to mobile pressure vessels that meet the following conditions simultaneously: (1) having the function of loading and unloading media, and participating in railway, road, or waterway transportation; (2) the working pressure of the tank body being equal to or greater than 0.1MPa, and the nominal working pressure of the gas cylinder being equal to or greater than 0.2MPa; (3) the tank body capacity being equal to or greater than 450L, and the gas cylinder volume being equal to or greater than 1000L; (4) the media loaded being gases and liquids with a maximum working temperature equal to or greater than their standard boiling point. The mobile pressure vessels covered by this regulation, in addition to the tank body or gas cylinder, pipelines, safety accessories, and loading and unloading accessories, also include running devices or frames. This regulation stipulates the basic safety requirements for mobile pressure vessels. Technical standards and management systems related to mobile pressure vessels shall not be lower than the requirements of this regulation.
