Scope
This regulation applies to the initial inspection, subsequent inspection, and in-service inspection of current and voltage transformers and combined transformers (referred to as power transformers) installed in power systems with voltages of 6kV and above. Power transformers used in power systems with voltages below 6kV should also be inspected in accordance with this regulation if they are not removed from their installation locations on-site.
