Scope

This part of GB/T 13025 specifies the determination methods of calcium and magnesium in salt products and salt chemical products.
Chapters 3 and 4 of this part, the volumetric method, are applicable to the determination of calcium and magnesium in salt products and salt chemical products and their raw materials; Chapter 5, the atomic absorption spectrometry method, is applicable to the determination of trace calcium and magnesium in salt products, and the detection limit of the atomic absorption spectrometry method is: 0.05 mg/kg for calcium and 0.05 mg/kg for magnesium.
