Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, test equipment, samples, tests, and test reports for the drop ball impact method used to test the impact resistance of ultra-thin glass. This standard is applicable to measuring the impact resistance of ultra-thin glass and its products with a thickness of 0.1 mm to 1.1 mm when subjected to the impact of hard objects. The impact resistance tests of glass and products with other thicknesses can be carried out in accordance with this standard.
