Scope
1.0.1 This standard is formulated to regulate the design, construction, and operation management of drainage for construction pits in hydropower and water conservancy projects. 1.0.2 This standard applies to the initial drainage and regular drainage of construction pits in hydropower and water conservancy projects. 1.0.3 Drainage for construction pits should be coordinated with the main project, and the design and construction should consider its temporary nature and variability. 1.0.4 When the water quality of the partial drainage from the construction pit meets the requirements, it is recommended to replace some of the production water with it. 1.0.5 The drainage for construction pits in hydropower and water conservancy projects shall comply with the provisions of this standard, as well as the relevant national standards currently in force.
