This standard applies to the fire protection design of civil air defense projects newly built, expanded, or renovated for the following regular use purposes: 1. Shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, exhibition halls, public entertainment venues, fitness and sports venues, and other applicable civilian spaces; 2. Production workshops and storage facilities classified as Class C, D, or E in terms of fire hazard levels.
