Scope

This standard applies to the engineering design of new construction, renovation, expansion, and technical transformation of underground and earthen-covered gunpowder and explosives warehouses, as well as transfer stations and platform warehouses. This standard does not apply to the engineering design of natural underground warehouses for storing gunpowder and explosives, surface warehouses, and transfer warehouses for earthen-covered processes in the production areas of gunpowder and explosives factories. For the engineering design of underground and earthen-covered gunpowder and explosives warehouses, in addition to complying with this standard, it shall also meet the requirements of the relevant national standards currently in force.
