Scope

This part of GB/T 28438 specifies the objective evaluation and measurement methods for the coverage quality of outdoor fixed reception signals of terrestrial digital television broadcasting systems that comply with GB 20600-2006. Any equivalent measurement methods that can ensure the same measurement uncertainty can also be used. In case of dispute, this part shall prevail.
This part is applicable to outdoor fixed reception of terrestrial digital television broadcasting.
