Scope

This standard applies to the planning, design, and construction of brick and stone masonry houses, reinforced concrete frame houses, and single-story open houses in the following areas: 1. Flood zones where the water flow speed in building design does not exceed 3.3 m/s and the water depth in the building does not exceed 2.5m; 2. Retention and detention flood zones where the water depth in building design does not exceed 8m and the average wind speed does not exceed 22.6 m/s.
