Scope
This part of GB/T 32719 specifies the terminology and definitions of Fu tea, product classification and grading, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, labeling, packaging, transportation, storage, and shelf life. This part applies to Fu tea products made from black tea as the main raw material, which are processed through the following procedures: screening of raw tea, blending of semi-finished products, fermentation, steaming, pressing (or not pressing) for shaping, flowering, drying, and finished product packaging.
