Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements and content of safety management for the design, manufacture, installation, modification, repair, use, and inspection of dyeing machines. This standard applies to dyeing machines (including dyeing and finishing machines and dyeing tanks) with a working pressure greater than or equal to 0.1MPa (gauge pressure), a maximum working temperature higher than or equal to 100℃, a volume greater than or equal to 30L, and an inner diameter (for non-circular sections, the maximum geometric size of the section boundary) greater than or equal to 150mm, using dye solutions, water vapor, and water as media, and used for dyeing fabrics, yarns, zippers, and other materials.
