Scope

This standard specifies the wear limit sizes and maximum allowable wear of mechanical connectors in use to ensure the driving safety of heavy vehicles equipped with these connectors. This standard applies to the following standard mechanical connectors: -- 40 mm and 50 mm traction connectors (ISO 3584:2001); -- 40 mm and 50 mm traction rod holes (ISO 8755:2001 and GB/T 4781-2006); -- Traction pins for traction seats of grades 50 and 90 (GB/T 4606-2006 and GB/T 4607-2006); -- Connection hooks and annular holes (ECE R55, Revision 1: 2001).
