Scope
This part of GB/T 28533 specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, instructions, packaging, transportation, and storage of "n"-type electrical coupling connectors (hereinafter referred to as coupling connectors) for Class II explosive gas environments.
This part is applicable to Class II "n"-type (EPL Gc) coupling connectors for explosive gas environments with a rated voltage not exceeding 690 V AC/DC.
This part is not applicable to "n"-type explosion-proof plug-in devices and other explosion-proof types of coupling connectors.
