Scope

This document describes the test method for determining the content of antifungal agents in leather and fur after extracting artificial sweat using liquid chromatography. This document is suitable for determining the content of four antifungal agents, including thiabendazole (TCMTB), 4-chloro-3-methylphenol (PCMC), o-phenylphenol (OPP), and N-octyl-isothiazolinone (OIT), in leather, fur, and their products. It is also suitable for determining the content of these antifungal agents in semi-finished leather products such as blue wet hides and white wet hides.
