This document is applicable to telecommunications equipment that is permanently installed in climate-protected areas on the ground under normal circumstances. It is not applicable to the environmental conditions that such equipment may encounter due to fire, explosions, ionizing radiation, and other unexpected accidents, which will be considered as special circumstances. It is also not applicable to the storage and transportation of such equipment.
