GB/T 18033-2007 Seamless copper tubes for water and gas

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and order form content for the drawing of seamless copper water pipes and copper gas pipes (hereinafter referred to as pipe materials). This standard is primarily applicable to copper pipes used for transporting drinking water, domestic cold and hot water supply, civil natural gas, gas, and other media that do not corrode copper; it is also applicable to copper pipes used in heating systems. Copper pipes are typically connected to fittings using welding, flaring, or crimping methods.
