Scope

This standard specifies the classification, designation, order content, dimensions, shape, weight, and allowable deviations of cold-rolled stainless steel plates and strips, as well as technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates.
This standard applies to corrosion-resistant cold-rolled wide strips (hereinafter referred to as wide strips) and their cut-to-length steel plates (hereinafter referred to as cut-to-length steel plates), longitudinally cut cold-rolled wide strips (hereinafter referred to as longitudinally cut wide strips) and their cut-to-length steel strips (hereinafter referred to as cut-to-length steel strips I), cold-rolled narrow strips (hereinafter referred to as narrow strips) and their cut-to-length steel strips (hereinafter referred to as cut-to-length steel strips II), and also applies to single-sheet rolled steel plates.
