Scope

This standard specifies the evaluation content, evaluation rules, and evaluation methods for the quality and effectiveness of collective bargaining. This standard applies to the self-evaluation of collective bargaining work by enterprises, private non-enterprise units, and public institutions implementing enterprise-style management, as well as the third-party evaluation of collective bargaining work by tripartite committees for labor relations coordination at all levels in the province. The evaluation of regional and industry collective bargaining work shall be implemented with reference to this standard.
