Scope
This standard stipulates the basic requirements for the operation of catering enterprises, including the requirements for operating venues, equipment and facilities, rules and regulations, hygiene and safety, and follow-up processing. This standard applies to catering enterprises of all economic types, including restaurants, taverns, banquet halls, cafeterias, restaurants (including restaurants operated by hotels and guesthouses), snack bars, fast-food restaurants, beverage shops, and collective meal distribution enterprises.
