Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection conditions, inspection methods, marking and packaging of lever indicators. This standard applies to lever indicators with a graduation value (resolution) of 0.01 mm and a measuring range not exceeding 1.6 mm, and lever indicators with a graduation value (resolution) of 0.001 mm and 0.002 mm and a measuring range not exceeding 0.4 mm. Note: According to the type of indicating device, lever indicators are divided into "pointer-type lever indicators" and "electronic digital display lever indicators".
