Scope

This standard specifies the energy efficiency grades, energy efficiency limits, energy-saving evaluation values, test methods, inspection rules, and energy efficiency grade labels for submersible electric pumps for sewage and sludge.
This standard applies to single-phase or three-phase submersible electric pumps (hereinafter referred to as "electric pumps") used for transporting various types of sewage or mixtures containing insoluble solids such as sediment, fibrous materials, feces, and river silt fertilizer.
