Scope

This standard provides systematic guidance for production enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "enterprises") in the textile industry to establish, implement, maintain, and improve their energy management systems. This standard is applicable to textile enterprises (including spinning, sizing, weaving, etc.), dyeing and printing enterprises (including pretreatment, dyeing, printing, and finishing, etc.), garment manufacturing enterprises (including water washing, garment making, and finishing, etc.), and comprehensive textile enterprises involving related processes. This standard is not applicable to chemical fiber production enterprises.
