GB/T 23331-2012 Energy management systems—Requirements
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for an organization to establish, implement, maintain, and improve its energy management system, with the aim of enabling the organization to adopt a systematic approach to achieving energy performance objectives, including continuous improvement of energy utilization efficiency and energy use and consumption status.
This standard specifies the requirements related to energy use and consumption, including measurement, documentation, and reporting, the design and procurement of equipment, systems, and processes, as well as personnel who have an impact on energy performance.
This standard considers all variables that have an impact on energy performance and can be monitored and influenced by the organization. However, this standard does not specify specific energy performance level requirements.
This standard can be used independently or integrated with other management systems.
This standard applies to any organization that self-declares an energy policy and wishes to ensure and demonstrate its compliance. Its compliance can be confirmed through self-evaluation, self-declaration, or external energy management system certification.
