Scope
This document stipulates the basic requirements for pollution discharge and control in the livestock and poultry farming industry, source control requirements, process control requirements for the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure, land control requirements for the disposal of livestock and poultry manure, control requirements for irrigation water used in farmland (forestry), control requirements for water pollutant discharge, control requirements for odorous pollutant discharge, monitoring and control requirements, standard compliance determination, implementation and supervision, etc. This document is applicable to the management of pollution discharge and control in existing and newly built large-scale livestock and poultry farms in the livestock and poultry farming industry.
