Scope

This standard specifies the general principles for the thermal cracking production of waste tires and rubber, products for comprehensive utilization of resources, control of pollutant emissions, and marking, packaging, and storage and transportation.
This standard applies to the thermal cracking production of waste tires and rubber, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance, and operation management of new, modified, and expanded thermal cracking production facilities for waste tires and rubber.
This standard does not apply to waste plastic products listed in the "National Hazardous Waste List", and currently does not apply to waste nitrile rubber, fluororubber, chloroprene rubber, and other types of waste rubber that are not processed by thermal cracking methods.
