Scope
This standard specifies the testing conditions, testing methods, and testing rules for residual current circuit breakers. This standard applies to the testing of residual current circuit breakers (RCDs) installed in low-voltage distribution systems with an AC frequency of 50 Hz and a rated nominal voltage of 400 V or lower, as well as to the testing of circuit breaker-type integrated RCDs.
