GB/T 6072.4-2012 Reciprocating internal combustion engines—Performance—Part 4:Speed governing
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 6072 specifies the requirements and parameter grading of the speed control system for reciprocating internal combustion engines, as well as the terminology and definitions of typical engine speeds. Additional requirements may be proposed for special-purpose engines.
This part of GB/T 6072 applies to land-based, railway traction, and marine reciprocating internal combustion engines, but does not include engines used to drive road construction machinery, earthmoving machinery, agricultural and industrial tractors, road vehicles, and aeronautical engines, nor does it include self-adjusting engines and engines that only require limiting the maximum speed or maximum fuel supply quantity.
This part of GB/T 6072 specifies the requirements for compression-ignition engines (diesel engines), and special requirements may be proposed for spark-ignition engines and dual-fuel engines.
