Main technical content: This document stipulates the general principles and requirements for the construction and operation of virtual power plants, as well as technical requirements for virtual power plant construction, aggregated resource access, virtual power plant operation management, and virtual power plant testing. It is applicable to the construction and operation of virtual power plants.
