本标准适用于设计基本地震加速度值不大于0.40g（即抗震设防烈度9度及以下）地区，且电压等级为220kv及以下的工业企业既有电力变压器、电抗器、断路器、避雷器、电流（压）互感器、电瓷设备、电力电容器组（柜）、蓄电池组（柜）、开关柜、变流柜、控制（保护）屏、直流屏、应急电源装置和组合电器及其他电气设备的抗震鉴定和应采取的抗震措施。本标准不适用于设计基本地震加速度值大于0.40g地区或有特殊要求的工业企业既有电气设备的抗震鉴定
