Scope
In order to promote the application of electrochemical energy storage technology and standardize the design of electrochemical energy storage power stations to ensure their safety, reliability, energy efficiency, environmental protection, advanced technology, and economic rationality, these specifications are formulated. These specifications are applicable to the design of newly built, expanded, or renovated electrochemical energy storage power stations with a power of 500kW and a capacity of 500kW·h or more, but they are not applicable to the design of mobile electrochemical energy storage power stations.
