Scope
In order to prevent and reduce safety accidents and occupational hazards during the construction and operation of dry gas tanks, ensure the safety of people's lives and property and protect the environment, and promote technological progress in the dry gas tank industry, these regulations are formulated. These regulations apply to industrial enterprises storing artificial gases such as blast furnaces, blast furnaces, coke ovens, converters, ferroalloys, and natural combustible gases such as methane, coal bed gas, and mine gas, with a working pressure of less than 20kPa and an effective volume of no more than 600,000m(3). They also apply to the safety requirements in the design, construction, and operation management of dry gas tank projects.
