Scope

This document specifies the specimens, test conditions, instruments and equipment, test procedures, data processing, and test reports for the axial tensile strength and axial tensile modulus of thin-walled carbon fiber reinforced composite pipe fittings.
This document is applicable to determining the axial tensile strength and axial tensile modulus of thin-walled carbon fiber reinforced composite pipe fittings with a wall thickness of no more than 1 mm and a nominal outer diameter of less than 50 mm. Other fiber reinforced composite thin-walled pipe fittings can be used as reference.
