Scope

This part of GB/T 19229 specifies the terms and definitions, process systems, technical requirements, inspection and acceptance, labeling, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of seawater desulfurization equipment for coal-fired flue gas.
This part is applicable to equipment used in the simultaneous construction or existing seawater desulfurization projects of boilers or heating boilers in new, expanded, and modified coal-fired thermal power plants. When it is suitable to adopt seawater desulfurization measures for exhaust gas treatment of coal, oil, and gas boilers in other industries, this standard can be used as a reference for implementation.
