Scope

This standard specifies the minimum requirements for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of ship electrical and electronic equipment in terms of emission, immunity, and performance criteria, which helps to meet the requirements of Resolution A.813 of the International Maritime Organization (hereinafter referred to as IMO) (see Appendix A).
