GB 4343.1-2024 Electromagnetic compatibility requirements for household appliances,electric tools and similar apparatus—Part 1:Emission

Scope

This document specifies the emission requirements for radio frequency interference in the frequency range of 9 kHz to 400 GHz, applicable to household appliances, power tools, and similar devices as defined below, regardless of whether they are powered by AC or DC (including batteries).
This document applies to the following devices:
——Household appliances or similar-purpose devices;
Note 1: Examples of device applications are as follows:
——Typical household functions in residential environments, including homes and related buildings, gardens, etc.
——Typical household functions in stores, offices, commercial and other similar working environments;
——Used on farms;
——Used by customers in hotels and other residential environments;
——Used for induction cooking or air conditioning in residential or commercial environments.
——Power tools;
Note 2: Examples of power tools include handheld tools driven by motors or electromagnetic drives, portable tools, lawn and garden machinery.
——Similar devices.
Note 3: Examples are as follows:
——External power controllers using semiconductor devices;
——Electric medical devices;
——Electronic toys;
——Personal care and beauty care appliances;
——Vending machines;
——Amusement machines;
——Movie projectors or slide projectors;
——Battery chargers and external power supplies used with products within the scope of this document;
——Electric fence stimulators.
The scope of this document also includes individual components of the aforementioned devices, such as motors and switching devices (e.g., power or protection relays). However, unless otherwise specified in this document, there are no emission requirements for these individual components.
Products containing radio transmission/reception functions are within the scope of this document.
