Scope
This regulation applies to the initial verification, subsequent verification, and in-use inspection of the speed measurement performance of automatic speed monitoring systems for motor vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "monitoring systems") that are fixedly installed on roads and use the radar Doppler frequency shift principle or the ground-sensing coil speed measurement principle.
