Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of e-commerce commodity claims, the principles and scope of claims, the responsibilities and rights of all parties involved in claims, the determination of quality responsibilities of all parties, the conditions and methods of claims, claims vouchers, deadlines and procedures, and the requirements for commodity claimants.
This standard applies to consumer goods and industrial and mining products in e-commerce business activities, as well as repair services in commodity claims.
This standard does not apply to intangible assets and paid service activities. Such as: industrial raw materials, complete sets of equipment, real estate, customized products, etc.
