Scope

1.O.1 In order to standardize the safety technology of highway engineering construction and ensure construction safety, these regulations are formulated. 1.O.2 These regulations are applicable to new construction, modification and expansion, and major and medium repair of highway projects of all grades. 1.0.3 The safety production of highway engineering construction shall adhere to the principle of "safety first, prevention-oriented, and comprehensive management". 1.O.4 Appropriate safety technical measures shall be formulated for highway engineering construction. 1.0.5 In addition to complying with the provisions of these regulations, highway engineering construction shall also comply with the provisions of relevant current national and industry standards.
