Scope
This part of GB/T 4798 specifies the various microclimate conditions that the internal components (base parts, components, and installed equipment) of a product may encounter when it is used under the climatic conditions of IEC 60721-3-3 or IEC 60721-3-4.
The characteristic parameters of the microclimate are high temperatures and high relative air humidity. Other climate level parameters such as low temperatures may also have additional effects on the components, but these are not considered in this part.
Taking into account the representative extreme high temperatures, a limited number of microclimate levels are specified.
Users of this part should select the minimum level that meets the intended use requirements.
