GB 50426-2016 Code for design of dyeing and printing plant
Basic Information
Scope
1.0.1 In order to unify the technical requirements of dyeing and printing factories in the field of engineering construction, promote the optimization and standardization of engineering design work, and achieve the goals of advanced technology, economic rationality, and safety and applicability, this standard is formulated. 1.O.2 This standard applies to the new construction, renovation, and expansion of production facilities and auxiliary facilities for continuous and intermittent dyeing and printing factories of cotton, chemical fiber, and blended fabrics. 1.O.3 The design of dyeing and printing factories shall comply with the principles and regulations of national basic construction, actively adopt clean production processes, save water, reduce wastewater discharge, and maximize the utilization rate of resources and energy. It shall strictly control the consumption of resources and energy per unit of product, and encourage the promotion of comprehensive balance and comprehensive utilization in the production process. 1.O.4 The design of dyeing and printing factories shall be planned in unison with long-term goals, with clear functional zoning to avoid cross-contamination. 1.O.5 In addition to complying with this standard, the design of dyeing and printing factories shall also comply with the provisions of relevant national standards currently in force.
