GB/T 7939.2-2024 Connections for hydraulic fluid power—Test methods—Part 2:Quick-action couplings

Scope

This document describes the test and evaluation methods for the performance of quick-change couplings used in hydraulic transmissions. This document is not applicable to the test and performance evaluation of pipe couplings for various types of steel pipe connections, stud end connections, and flange connections specified in ISO 19879. The tests described in this document are independent of each other and are governed by the documents that each test follows. The specific test items and performance requirements to be conducted can be found in the corresponding quick-change coupling standard documents. For different applications, not all items are required to be tested, and users can select suitable test items based on this document. For the qualification determination of quick-change couplings, the minimum number of test samples specified in this document shall be used for testing, unless otherwise specified in the relevant quick-change coupling standards or agreed upon separately by the manufacturer and the user.
